Making It Count Tuesday

I know I can't be the only one. The kids are in bed, the day is done, and I am exhausted. I don't have the attention span or energy for conversation or a good book. There is nothing on TV worth watching.  So I turn to the computer for an end-of-the-day release of stress. And sometimes I feel guilty about that. I get pulled into hours of pinning or blog reading or clicking about, and then I wonder what I have to show for my time. Do things get transferred to my home or do they stay ideas saved on my computer?

Here is my chance. Here is your chance. Start with one of those ideas you have found that looks oh so good online. Then, do it. Make it. Cook it. Create it. When you are done, snap a photo, write about it and share it with us. Make your online time count for something.

1. Choose a tutorial, recipe, or idea that has inspired you. Do it and blog a little about it. It doesn't have to be elaborate -- we just want to see what you've been up to!

2.  In your post, link back the original idea whenever possible. We want to be sure that cool idea credit is given to the proper person. Please do not link to Pinterest. Linking to the original blogger insures that proper credit is given where it's due.

3. Make sure you link back here somewhere in your post so others can find us and play along. Feel free to grab our graphic if you'd like to add it to your post.

4. Link up below. Make sure you're sending us to your actual post, and not to your general blog address. Don't forget to use your own original photo (not someone else's!) as your thumbnail image.

You can add your link all the way through Friday, so if you can't get things going by Tuesday, no worries, put it up when you can. We'll be here.
